Rob – Here we are ladies and gentlemen. In earth time, it is April 16, 2015, and this will get to you sometime, hopefully by the end of the weekend we’ll get at least the audio up. Welcome, again to another special edition of the Victory of Light Radio Show. Thank you so much for coming on Cobra.

Rob – We have so many questions, there’s no way we’re going to get through them all this month. I apologize to you people again who won’t get their questions asked. Cobra, I’d like to start off and I always do this when I get a lot of repeat questions from people.

We spoke about this privately the other day, but my take is kind of like yours. Of course, no one knows the future exactly, but we’ve been hearing about chemtrails have been on the scene now for at least 17 years going over the planet. We’ve had endless horror, destruction through the secret governments and their depopulation programs and all these things going on as well as, you know, fomenting of wars and all these things are horrible things.

The Ganymede Portal on the largest moon of Jupiter is the most important location in our Solar System.

It is the strongest energetic pathway in our Solar system which leads to the Galactic Central Sun. Sirius is a midway station between the Galactic Center and the Ganymede Portal, stepping down the vibrational frequency of the Central Sun energy to the degree that our Sol system can absorb.

There is a huge Galactic Confederation underground base on Ganymede which is a central hub for all intelligent positive races working upon the liberation of our Solar system and planet Earth especially.

That base is the main stronghold of the Jupiter Command and they are operating the portal towards the Galactic Center.

The Ganymede Portal is the main beacon of Light for this Solar System including our planet. Without that portal being open, humanity would not survive the Archon invasion in 1996 and would be now extinct. Exopolitical events have much more influence on geopolitical situation than most people realize. The Archons have cleverly labeled everyone with more that a passing interest in cosmos as a »lunatic« to ensure that people would not detect the real source of the problems we have on Earth.

Since the Archon invasion in 1996, there is an intense war going on in this Solar System.

Right after 1996, the joint Draco-Reptilian fleet together with many factions of the Illuminati secret space program had almost total control of this Solar System. Many humans were forced to work for them as slaves, mining the asteroids. Draco forces tended to occupy the colonies in the outer Solar System, whereas the Illuminati focused more on the asteroid belt, Mars and the Moon. 

Cobra Update: Day of the Reset - March 17th, 2015

As we are getting ready for the Event, we need to do the inner Reset.

The inner Reset means forgiveness of all debts, physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual. It means forgiveness to yourself and others. It will consequentially mean financial debt forgiveness when a critical mass of people realizes that we owe banksters nothing. It will consequentially mean the end of karma when a critical mass of people realizes that we spiritually owe Archons, gurus or God nothing:

Some people find it difficult forgiving the Cabal. True forgiveness to the Cabal can happen only after they are stopped in what they are doing. Before that, you can use your anger constructively by assisting in the planetary liberation process. Forgiving the Cabal will be easier if you understand that they are acting out of trauma they themselves have received in the past. After they are stopped, violence will solve nothing. Those who are unredeemable will go to the Galactic Central Sun for restructuring and the rest will feel their conscience giving them a really hard time when they finally realize what they have done:

Rob – OK, ladies and gentlemen. After much fanfare (laugh) we finally have the new Cobra interview ready. This was actually done around the 16th or 17th of Feb. I’m on Maui now and have had some tremendous Internet problems and some loading issues. Unfortunately I have to report that Rique Seraphico had a little explosion in Brazil. Someone lit a bus on fire which caught his power line on fire, exploded the transformer and put a power surge and blew up his computer. Anyone who wants to give him love and help Rique, Please contact me. His computer is no good, or it’s PAU as we say in Hawaii. Much love to Rique.
I found an excellent replacement and we are very fortunate as a brother from China who is helping out and he has done an excellent job of modulating Cobra’s voice for this interview and he has just sent me a sample. This will be coming up, of course, after the wonderful transcript as always by the amazing Mrs. DaNell Glade, our stalwart backbone at PFC in the transcript area, who does a lot of service for us.
Very soon we’ll be sending this to Smally7 the ever-creative video person. So thanks and respect for all of those people who support us and help us get this information out. Solar System Situation Update from Cobra - Monday, February 9, 2015

Breakthrough phase means that the Light forces are no longer focused only on opposing the Chimera and the Cabal, but are gathering momentum for the final breakthrough instead. During the breakthrough phase, the Veil is slowly being dissolved and the quarantine slowly being lifted. There are operations underway to arrange Disclosure leaks through mainstream media by high levels sources in India and Russia. Those leaks are expected to occur when the Chimera group will lose enough power over the military in the aforementioned countries.

Our Solar System has been under control of Orion/Andromedan Chimera empire and their Draco/Reptilian minions for the last 26,000 years, effectively putting planet Earth under quarantine status, isolating it from positive ET races.

The Light forces were forced to sign a non-interference treaty which states that they will not interfere on the surface of planet Earth directly and in turn the Chimera will also not interfere on the surface directly. Although this treaty was quite harmful for the development of humanity in the last 26,000 years, it has also prevented humanity to be harvested by Chimera and their Draco/Reptilian minions directly. This is the reason the Resistance Movement agents are not contacting human beings on the surface of their planet. This treaty is also the reason why the Reptilians have not been massively eating humans for breakfast in the open in surface human cities after 1996 when their presence under the surface of the planet was huge, with 500 million entities present. This treaty is also the reason strangelet bombs were not detonated in many occasions. As soon as the Chimera threat is gone, the Light forces will intervene on the surface of this planet directly.

The indirect attempts to pierce through the quarantine have begun in the 19th century when the Pleiadians have inspired NYMZA secret society (Sonora Aero Club) to build airships:

Tesla had connection with NYMZA and he attempted to build a spaceship to travel to Mars. His attempt failed and after that JP Morgan stopped financing Tesla.

Marconi was a student of Tesla and after he has seen how the Cabal mistreated Tesla, he and a few other people (including the famous alchemist Fulcanelli) have relocated to South America where have built a secret underground city in the Andes in 1937:
